1. What this privacy policy covers

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information, including personal data within the meaning of applicable law (hereinafter referred to as 'Personal Information') that Trip Expert and/or its affiliated persons (hereinafter referred to as “Trip Expert”) may receive information about you during your use of the search and booking service author's tours (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), information about which you you can find it on the websitetripexpert.uz(hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), as well as during the execution by Trip Expert and its affiliates of any agreements and contracts concluded with you in connection with your use of the Service.
    2. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that Trip Expert or its affiliates may obtain about any website visitor during their use of the Trip Expert website.
    3. By registering and (or) using the Trip Expert website, the User and/or site visitor expresses his unconditional consent to the Privacy Policy and the conditions for the collection and processing of his personal data specified therein.

  4. What Personal Information does Trip Expert collect about you?

    1. Trip Expert does not verify the Personal Information you provide and cannot judge its accuracy or whether you have sufficient legal capacity to provide your Personal Information. However, Trip Expert assumes that you provide true and sufficient Personal Information and keep it up to date.
    2. Trip Expert may collect the following categories of Personal Information about you during your use of the Site and Service:

      3. information about you that we receive from our Partners in accordance with the terms of the agreements entered into between you and the relevant Partner and the agreements entered into between Trip Expert and the Partner;

      3. where required by applicable law, the processing is necessary to protect Trip Expert`s legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not significantly impact your interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms.     1. In most cases, Personal Information is processed automatically without access by any of Trip Expert's employees. If such access is required, it can only be granted to those Trip Expert employees who need it to perform their tasks. These security measures have been implemented considering the current level of technology, the cost of implementation, the risks associated with processing, and the nature of the Personal Information.

    1. Trip Expert has the right to transfer information about you to its employees and affiliated persons within the Trip Expert group for the purposes outlined in Section 5 of this Policy;
    2. Trip Expert may also transfer Personal Information to third parties to achieve the purposes specified in Section 5 of this Policy. Such third parties may include:
      1. Partners such as website and application owners, advertising networks, and other partners providing Trip Expert with services related to the placement and display of advertisements on websites, programs, products, or services owned or controlled by such partners;
      2. Advertisers or other Partners who display advertisements to you on the Trip Expert Site, as well as Partners such as information service providers or consultants.
    3. Trip Expert may also transfer Personal Information to third parties not part of the Trip Expert Group:

    1. Trip Expert will retain your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    2. If you wish to have any of your Personal Information removed from Trip Expert's databases, you can delete the necessary Personal Information using your account.
