It is tailored to the best season in the country and to the travelers’ specific needs.How to book a curated tour?
To find a tour, use the search filters by destination, dates, and other criteria.On the tour page, you can either reserve your spot or start by asking the author any questions. You can communicate with the author via chat, or you can call them through our secure PBX.
To book, simply enter the required details and make the deposit. The deposit amount is determined by the tour author. In the Guides Club, you don’t pay any commissions — all trips are available at the authors’ direct prices.
What serves as confirmation of payment and tour booking?
All tour details are saved in your profile and are also sent to your email. Before your departure, print the following documents:Air tickets (purchased separately); Confirmation letter (or information from the platform); Don’t forget your passport and travel insurance if you are flying abroad. Before setting off on your journey, ensure that you have agreed with the guide on the meeting point. That’s it — congratulations, you’re ready for the trip!

How to pay for a curated tour?
After you have decided on a trip and provided all the necessary information about yourself and your fellow travelers, you can proceed to book the tour using any convenient method. We accept all major bank cards.The deposit amount depends on the tour author’s conditions. Payment in full ( 100%) is required one day before the start of the journey (unless stated otherwise). If you encounter any difficulties with the payment, our manager will be happy to help you.

Reviews are submitted by travelers: one day after the tour ends, each participant receives an email with a link to a page where they can rate the tour, share their experience, and offer advice for future travelers. The submitted review is then published on the general reviews page, on the guide’s page, and on the curated tour page. Every user can read the review, and no changes are made to the text. Only real travelers who have paid for and participated in the tour via the Tripexpert online service can leave reviews. If a tour was booked directly through the author, unfortunately, a review cannot be left on the platform because we cannot guarantee its authenticity. Only one review can be submitted per tour.How do we verify tour organizers?
The verification of all independent guides is carried out through a comprehensive evaluation based on the following criteria:Verification of identity using a unique verification technology – analyzing the authenticity of documents and identifying the person via camera; Formal screening (checking the application form); Verification of media presence (social networks, customer reviews, partner recommendations, online presence, etc.); Expert evaluation (interview, checking qualifications, clarifying questions regarding trip safety); Our emotional evaluation (we assess tours based on whether we would feel comfortable sending our own relatives on the trip). The final decision to allow a tour author to list curated tours on the Tripexpert platform is subjective.
After each trip, we collect reviews from the participants to monitor the quality of the organizers. If an author receives poor reviews, they may be permanently removed from the platform.
We work daily to ensure the safety of the traveler, but remember that the responsibility for personal safety during the trip lies with both the tour organizer and the traveler. When booking a tour, pay attention to the safety measures provided by the organizer and take all necessary precautions to ensure your personal safety.
