What happens if I cancel my booking?

If you wish to cancel your tour booking, all information about the refund policy is available on the tour page. You can cancel your booking through your personal account or in a chat with the tour organizer. If you cancel within 24 hours after making the prepayment, you will receive a 100% refund, just as if the trip were canceled due to the guide’s fault. Please note that according to the terms of the agreement, “if a traveler has made three refunds in the past year, the next refund will be subject to a deduction of 6,000 RUB.”

When will I receive my refund if I cancel the tour?

Refunds take up to 30 calendar days, but typically they are processed much faster—within 7 days.

When should I make the second payment?

Check the tour page to see when the second payment is due, or ask the guide directly. You can pay the second installment either through our online service or directly to the tour organizer. If you prefer to pay via the platform, please inform your guide in advance.

Does the platform charge a fee for credit card payments?

No. Regardless of the payment method, no commission is charged. Additionally, tour organizers offer the best prices for their tours.

Can I reserve a spot without making a prepayment?

This depends on the booking conditions set by the tour organizer. You can send a request for a reservation without prepayment, and the organizer may either confirm your request (holding a spot for you for a certain period) or decline it.

What payment methods does the online platform accept?

To pay for your tour, follow these simple steps:

Go to the tour page and click "Book." A form will open—fill in all the required details. These details will be sent to the tour organizer after payment. If needed, you can change the tour dates and the number of participants. Click "Book seats" to proceed to the payment page. Payment can be made with any bank card worldwide.

Can I switch from one tour to another?

This is only possible in exceptional cases, and any refund amount will be calculated based on the refund policy and timeframes.

What exchange rate is used for payments?

If paying in rubles, the system follows this rate: Central Bank of Russia +3%.

The online platform "Club of Guides" operates internationally. Our guides purchase services such as transfers, accommodation, and excursions from partners abroad, using US dollars and euros as the primary currencies.

Settlements with tour organizers are conducted in these currencies. Since it is not possible to purchase currency at the Central Bank rate, our exchange rate is slightly higher than the Central Bank’s but remains competitive for the travel industry. This rate is updated daily at 00:00 according to changes in the Central Bank rate.

What should I do if I can’t make a tour payment?

Please check if there are any restrictions on your card:

Sufficient funds are available. No limits are set on online transactions. The card is not blocked. You are receiving SMS messages with a password for payment confirmation. If there are no issues with your card, please contact the service manager or the tour organizer. You can reach our support team via the phone number provided on the website.

Can I pay for a tour while it is still in "Pending Confirmation" status?

You can only pay for a tour once it has been confirmed. To speed up the confirmation process, message the tour organizer in the chat—this often helps.
