What responsibilities does the tour author have?

The independent guide or tour author is the sole organizer of the program and is fully responsible for how it is conducted. They also provide everything listed under the "Included in the Price" section. You entrust the tour organization to experienced professionals, and you can assess its quality and format through traveler reviews on the guide’s page.

How much additional money will I need?

There is no fixed amount, as everyone's needs vary. It's best to discuss this with the guide before your trip. We recommend budgeting approximately $40–$90 per day, depending on the country of travel—some days you may spend on meals and souvenirs, while on other days, you may not spend anything at all.

Can I go on a guided tour alone?

Yes, you can! You'll have the opportunity to meet like-minded travelers in your tour group, engage in conversations, and even make new friends. Accommodation is usually arranged in single rooms or shared twin rooms with a same-gender participant.

Do you help with booking airline tickets?

Yes, absolutely. If needed, the guide will provide you with several flight options based on price and travel time. We strive to find the best deals, offer airline discounts, and consider your preferences.

Why should I choose a group-guided tour?

Traveling with a small group allows you to explore a new country while also forming connections with your fellow travelers. Often, participants build strong friendships and continue traveling together in the future. A small group helps save time and money, as the guide has already booked accommodations, transportation, and the itinerary—eliminating the stress of planning. All you need to do is arrive at the starting point and enjoy the journey, while your personal guide takes care of the rest. Additionally, a well-organized guided tour helps you plan your vacation dates in advance.

Are flights included in the tour price?

You can check this information in the "Included in the Price" section on the tour’s page.

What happens after I pay for the tour?

Once you have made the deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation via email with detailed instructions.

What if I arrive at the tour starting point a day early?

You are welcome to arrive before the tour begins or stay longer after it ends. Just be sure to inform the guide in advance. They may be able to recommend accommodations for additional days. Airport transfers outside of the tour dates may be available for free.

Can I join the tour group a day later?

You need to discuss all details with your tour author. Be sure to notify them before making the tour deposit payment.

What does the single accommodation surcharge mean?

You will need to pay an additional fee if you prefer to have a private room. This is optional for many guided tours, but some tours do require an extra charge for single accommodation. This information is usually provided in the " Paid Separately" section on the tour’s page.

What documents are required to book a tour?

To reserve a spot in a group, you need to provide your full name. After booking, the guide may request your passport details.
